Mike Little Executive Director |
| Michael comes to us with a strong background in business management and experience working with persons with disabilities. Michael has worked in a Group home setting, but also has enabled staff with disabilities to reach their employment goals. Michael feels the hard work involved with supporting a person with disabilities to overcome their low level of self confidence and to succeed in their community has a payoff that is absolutely worth it. Michael is eager to network with other associations, particularly the other disability partnerships to work towards meaningful solutions for persons with disabilities. | |

Tefferina Boutilier Bookkeeper |
| Tefferina brings with her professionalism, dedication, and personality. She has worked in the accounting field since she graduated from Kingstec in 1989. Tefferina has owned /operated Tailored Bookkeeping for the past seven years and has built a reputable business within her community. Aside from her profession she has always been a passionate and caring person and finds each day with Hants County Community Access rewarding and fulfilling. | |

Pam Garland Employment Counsellor |
| Pam hails from Three Mile Plains and now resides in Hantsport. Pam will greet you with a smile, and is always happy to answer any questions and assist you with your needs. Outside the office Pam enjoys spending time with family, friends and performing with her band. |

| Jodie is very enthusiastic and has a true passion for helping and supporting people. When she’s not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, and watching movies. Jodie always has a smile on her face and is always willing to help in any way that she can. |

Kim Gillingham Intake Worker / Service Navigator |
| Kim has worked previously as an intake worker at the QEII and Rehab Centre in Halifax. She has always had a passion for helping others in various circumstances. Kim is very familiar with the struggles person’s with disabilities encounter trying to find employment to enrich and improve their lives. Kim has been with our office since June 2008. Kim has always dealt with the public all her life and enjoys working with people to help them in trying times. Kim is always willing to help anyone who might walk through our office doors. |
