The course will teach individuals how to effectively communicate with co-workers, and supervisors on the job. It also provides some guidelines for basic protocol/code of behavior while in a work setting.

This workshop will include topics such as, tips to make a good impression at work – right from the job interview to your retirement, telephone etiquette, email do’s and don’ts, appropriate behaviour in the workplace, responsibility, and how to relate this information to customer service.

The course is 2 hours and is full of fun activities and memorable skits.
